In spite of the multitude of fonts available it is often difficult to find one that expresses exactly what is needed. Custom interpretive lettering can solve that dilemma. Much earlier in my career, I embarked on a path of creating an idealized calligraphy that combined both the fresh, flowing and expressive qualities of calligraphy with the precision and execution of typography.
This resulted in unique forms that interacted well with typography and served as logotypes for print advertising, signs, etc., and titling and headlines for books, magazine articles, package design, and so on. These are custom designed and created as paths that can easily be incorporated and manipulated using any graphics software.
